Younger people with bowel cancer

Michael's brother doing 'Brave the Shave'

Hi everyone,

It has been ages since I've posted on here, life is always so busy!

Michael (my partner) was diagnosed with bowel cancer initially in 2015 at the age of 22, and had another operation in January 2018 for another region of cancerous cells. Thankfully, he hasn't had to have anymore treatment since then and we are due to see his oncology nurse next week to book him in for the dreaded CT scan.

On a separate, happier note, we got engaged a few weeks ago so we have some wonderful things to look forward to (although not sure he is as keen on planning a wedding as I am!!)

His brother, Harrison, is fundraising for Bowel cancer UK and shaving his hair off to raise awareness (if you look at the pictures in the link below you will realise how much hair he has- it is his pride and joy!)

For any of you that can spare even a few pounds towards this, it would be greatly appreciated, for something that has had such an impact on our lives.
