That’s great news @kas52. Be kind to yourselves and concentrate on resting and building up strength with some gentle walks. I hope that your tooth settles, Kim :x::x:

Willie is doing very well,he is moving a lot ,pain is settle down ,he is only on paracetamol 3 times a day ,start to be hungry😁.I can't imagine how good he is because on Thursday will be only 2 weeks from operation. He is tired in the middle of the day ,having little lie down but we are happy.Next week on 13 th we are going to see our surgeon for follow up.

Little update again,
WILLIE FEELS well, eating pretty normal. There was a bit of concern about his wound again because where the staples are off there is a bit off yellowish stuff coming out.I remember there was exactly the same after first operation. Our Gp gave him antibiotic but apparently is normal and our surgeon who kindly call us yesterday said we shouldn't keep staples any longer and let it out.He call Willie because he got histoptatology report and 1 met is confirmed cancerous but all margin is clear. We can ask more question on Tuesday but it was very nice of him to call and tell.Im trying to rest a bit more but I had tooth extraction and our car back window is smashed due to roadworks. Hope u are all in good healthxxxx

That is really positive news @kas52 . My wound refused to heal until i started the magic antibiotics then it got better very quickly.

So sorry that you are having such bad luck just at the moment....you must be due some good luck very soon. Look after yourself :x::x:

Little update from me after follow up visit with surgeon.histoptatology confirmed that the met was cancerous, what we rather expected.Surgeon told us that the part of liver he must cut out to get to met was the left one so they did of gallbladder as well!Difficult it must be to completely rething how to rid of 1met.He is pleased because they checked the other part they cut off and there is no suspicious things in it.Willie is 3 weeks after operation and he is good.On Monday he will start to walk our dog as always.Oncologist will be next and then next chemo. Thank you all for constant support.Big hugs :x::x::x::x::x:

Hello everyone,
We got pathology results from doctor .Long reading so I want to tell you only about summary.....There is a single nodule of metastatic adenocarcinoma, consistent with metastatic colorectal carcinoma. The nodule is at the paranormal margin of specimen. There is however no evidence of the tumour in specimen. The metastatic tumour is therefore regarded as excised......
Sounds positive? Is in it?But during reading they mentioned that this nodules grow since last chemo...a bit only 4mm but the monster is definitely alive.I think I have my moment of doubt. WILLIE had one as well one afternoon.Hugs for all of you :x::x::x::x::x::x:

Hi @kas52
I would concentrate on all the positives in the letter, then let the specialists worry about the medical detail. I'm guessing it will be chemo again soon. So you are doing the right thing by concentrating on good diet, light exercise and a little holiday.

Best wishes to you both :x::x:

kas52

Lizalou😁thank you,I feed him with all nice things also healthy ones.Dont think we have a time for another holiday even we start to dream about something next year.We have a meeting with oncologist next week so I expect she will quickly start chemo, depends on blood results.Willie is walking with dog so I think it's nice exercise for him.I just think sometimes too much and getting pathology didn't help.Thank you very much for support. It is very important to share all thoughts with you guys. Big hugsxxxxxx
