Coronavirus updates from Bowel Cancer UK
As coronavirus restrictions lift in England this week, and we expect changes in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland too, this is a big adjustment to our daily lives. Bowel Cancer UK has teamed up with 39 other organisations to ask the public to continue social distancing and wearing masks in crowded places to help keep people with cancer safer.
You can hear more from our Chief Executive Genevieve Edwards in the video below, and read our open letter here: www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/...m-cancer-charities-to-the-public/
If you’re unsure of the new guidance or how it might affect you, our advice on coronavirus for people affected by bowel cancer is fully up to date and includes the latest announcements for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland: www.bowelcanceruk.org.uk/...ice-for-people-with-bowel-cancer/
We’re also proud to support NHS Confederation in their #NotTooMuchToMask campaign, a show of solidarity with everyone who wants to continue protecting themselves and others now that the remaining COVID-19 restrictions have lifted in England. Find out more here: www.nhsconfed.org/not-too-much-to-mask
